Applied through a contact within the company through email and was offered an interview for the position. However, upon arriving for the interview, was informed that the position had already been filled. We still completed the interview in case future openings came up and I was asked to apply for future positions.

Very straight-forward - questions focused on soft skills and how one would react under pressure with daily tasks at work if it gets overbearing or such. Good to have skills like time management and coordination
