Initial Interview is over the phone - a screening process and to place you in the correct area for your preference.
First person to person with a district manager who asks your reason for current interest in the role you are applying for and to give examples of how you would generate business in that role (sales).
Asked to roleplay two sales scenarios, 1st a potential sales call over the phone - goal is to get a sale or a face to face meeting with a potential client (total stranger). 2nd was to roleplay a sales cycle where you are attempting to sell a arbitrary item with a high price tag for that item.

Roleplay that you are a pen sales person and I am in your store, you only sell one pen and it costs $50 and is not on sale.
I applied through online, got email within 1 week, i was sent pre-qualification Assessment, the results were favorable , Was invited for telephone. Interview process was very seemingly simple, many questions were asked, Will let me know if tin 1 week if I am accepted or not. Waiting to hear from them.

3 round interviews, tele-interview, manager interview, branch interview. Quick process. Went through all the behavior questions. Test sales skills. Ask you a sales plan and mock sales process. I really love this company, big organization with the best benefit plan. Excellent sales training lecture. Good company culture.

was called in for an interview as i was an employee referral.. was around an hour and a half.
after being accepted i got an HR call with a routine interview.
then got an assessment test online from a third party.
got the offer on my email after two weeks
process took two more weeks for all the paperwork.
