In person interview. Asked general questions about financial risk metrics. Basic statistics and option pricing questions. Some programming knowledge was required. Interviewed by 3 different people. Interviewers were nice down to earth people.

The interview process included three stages, and each stage was well‑structured and professional. The first and second interviews focused mainly on behavioral and experience‑based questions, while the third stage was a panel discussion. Technical questions were asked only during the hiring manager interview, and that part of the process went smoothly and successfully.
First Round interview with an associate director about basic behavioral, motivation questions. second round with two executive directors on resume related question, motivation, a simply case study. In general, not hard.
