RBC Client Service Advisor interview questions

Had 2 interviews with branch managers of 2 branches. The first was relaxed and somewhat informal. The second had a panel of two and more formal with more behavioral questions. The interviewers were pleasant. The atmosphere for both interviews was calming allowing for good conversation. I had high hopes for the job but an internal candidate was preferred
