I had a total od two interviews. The first one was more technical, the second one was more about the role within the organisation, what they expect a Senior Consultant to do, or represent, within the company. Right after that, during the second interview, we also discussed benefits etc. Both took about an hour or so. Friendly people that make you feel at home right away. After that I negotiated about my salary a couple of weeks before singing my contract.
