It's a lot of stages to go through for what is essentially, not a very demanding role. There is an excel test to complete, online group activities and 2 final stages of interview.

How do you manage when the job isn't very stimulating?

Interview
The assessment centre involved a short presentation with some icebreakers. This was followed by individual presentations on a topic of your choice in a breakout room. A group presentation was done after this then a 1 hour data analysis excel test.

Interview
Fairly typical questions, nothing out of the ordinary. A lot of questions about the motivation behind applying, company fit, values etc. Not too many technical questions although they assess it in the assessment centre.
