After applying online, I waited 2 months until I heard a reply, went in for an interview, was basically offered a job and just went for the drug test and submitted info for the background check. Typical interview questions such as strengths/weaknesses, etc. This was a few years ago and I believe the interview requires 2 interviewers to be present now.

Pretty simple, had a phone interview then an in person one. Interviewed with the supervisor and manager. I was asked situational questions and not so much technical ones. Supervisor seemed nice.
It was in person and they had asked me my job experience, what i was expecting, and how i would handle conflict. i went over my future career goals and why i wanted to leave my previous company

The interview focused on behavioral questions to assess my background, experience, role-specific knowledge, and culture fit. The panel was attentive and kind, making the experience enjoyable and engaging. It was a good experience.
