interview process was very easy, in the interview you complete a mock interview and sign a paper about the pay if hired. Asked very little questions got home and received a call offering the position and my start date

One on one interview in a small office. Basic interview questions, fairly casual. There was a test in which you are given a prompt on a computer and asked to read the prompt as if speaking to a customer and record the answers.
