I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Quest Diagnostics
Interview
Straight forward process. Initial with Talent Acquisition was informative. Went through 4 rounds and then totally ghosted (second time this has happened while interviewing with Quest for two different roles within the last 6 months). Felt that the 4th interview was very well taken by all.
I will not be applying or accepting invites from Quest in the future. Ghosting candidates, no matter the position, is bad business and makes me realize that if this is how the are initially, then their culture is probably a wreck.
I accepted a role with LabCorp who ran a polished and professional interview process and I can see that their culture also is what I thought it would be (just as good as the interview process).
To all thinking about accepting a role with Quest, if they are not courting incoming potentials well, then the company already has a non existence process/standards protocol up front....what does that say about Quest?
Go Labcorp.

After the 6th connection point with Quest, the interview process was going to continue with another "round" which could include in person on site interviews. At this point, I received two other offers from healthcare companies and could not continue with the Quest interview process for another few weeks even though it was my first choice.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Quest Diagnostics (Chantilly, VA) in Jun 2021
Interview
Very efficient 3 round process: recruiter first, then hiring manager, concluding with a few peer interviews. The entire process took 3 weeks. Provided good feedback until the end (a bit slow with written offer).
