Had an initial phone screening with a local recruiter before having a zoom interview with three people from Quantum. They focused on interpersonal skills and assessing on my understanding of LiDAR and GIS concepts.

Interview
A single interview process, very straight forward. Seem to look for a team player and culture fit as well as GIS experience, didn't seem too bothered that I didn't have LIDAR experience.
