Very simple and relaxed - friendly recruitment team and managers, good questions and it was not repetitive from one interview to another. They are focused on what they are wanting.

I was asked about AI and my proficiency/experience with it.
The interview and overall process were really good. It included an online assessment, a virtual interview, and then the final interview. The interview was fun, and I learned a lot throughout the process.

I feel like one of the most important things Quantium looks for throughout the process, in addition to your technical skills, is your ability to communicate and demonstrate your thinking.
Recruiter screening, case study, presentation interview and in person interview if successful. Passed case study screening but unsuccessful presentation interview due to the fact that the interviewer did not dedicate enough time to see me and rushed it.
