The interview process itself was quite good, and I enjoyed the programming tasks and interview questions.
However, they took a very long time to make their final decision (~1 month). During this time there was no communication from the recruiter, even after a polite request for an update from my side. It was only a whole month later that I got a template email from the recruiter saying I did not get the job. The recruiter did not even apologise for the delay or for not replying, which I found quite rude.
I was also a bit disappointed that one of the interviewers did not have his video on. I can understand that due to Covid people are holding interviews online now, but then you would at least like to 'see' the person you are speaking with since you are not even able to visit the office for yourself or meet any of your possible future colleagues in person.
