Chat online interview, automatic reply after you give them the answers , they ask you about your experiences about previous jobs and at the end the software they use automatic generate a profile about you and you got an email about that.
The interview process was well thought out, organized and thorough. Everyone was friendly and professional along the way. I felt they provided enough information and was very happy to receive the job offer.

Congratulated for passing the first step of recruitment.
Invited for a telephone interview maybe today, maybe tomorrow as written on the email received.
The interview never happened.
Two days later after the never happened interview I received an email saying that I wasn´t successful.
