    Greate place. People are very nice. The company gives you a lot of opportunities and they have lots of resources.

    Cons

    Because the company is quite big sometimes doing things take time. You must be constantly pushing projects.

    Interesting work with real company strategy, values and DNA. Inspiring CEO.

    Cons

    Awful HR, top down stratified management with little care given to feedback unless given by big shareholders or friends of top management.

    Advice to Management

    Talking here about the corporate part of the business not operational - In HR there is Human, need to give more long term career evolution perspective to mostly very dedicated people that do not work there for the money considering the ratio diploma and experience vs salary and benefits. Providing as well feedback and more guidance on day to day work will benefit the long term clear strategy. Giving priority to real value of the work instead of favouring long term accointances or friendship will be key to a better management, especially of Human Resources costs.

    Good options for promotion - more likely to promote from within then external Good perks!

    Cons

    Always restructuring - and not very transparent about any moves until it drops, or even still then. They like to put their head in the sand continually about anything controversial until its too late Don't pay that well - perks are good but they expect that to cover the missed wages
