Negative experience. Interview arranged with hiring manager, but hiring manager didn’t show up. Sent several follow up emails but received no response. Checked my candidate portal a few weeks later to see the job application being ‘Archived’. Would have appreciated if they sent a rejection email so that I didn’t have to continue following up.

3 stage process with one including a presentation. The first round was a checking up on my current skill. Second round was a presentation and questions And last round was about technical capabilities.
This was a sudden call and then a face to face. People are nice but you never know if they agree or disagree with your view. That is how it works though, so no complaints there. But they did not tell what is the next step or if there any next steps at all. Did not get any response from the hiring manager.
