They were 15 minutes late to the in-person interview. The job description was also incredibly misleading—they basically wanted a chef but made it sound like they wanted a studio coordinator. Once they offered me the role, I asked for a phone call to go over the contract and any extra questions I had, and they were 2 hours late to that call. Generally, I got the impression that they don't value their team's time.
