Phone call, asked a few questions about how to work a computer. Was offered a job during the call. Before that they sent an assessment on how youd answer a customers complaints and how youd handle the situation with difficult situations such as out of stock items or broken items being sent and not able able to replace the item.
HR was disorganized and inconsiderate of candidate's time. Rescheduled interview multiple times with little to no consideration of provided timeslots. Cut interview short after acknowledging specific criteria, not included in the job description, wasn't met.

Gentilissimi dall'inizio alla fine, attenti anche ai bisogni dell'intervistato, e ogni passaggio è stato chiaro e trasparente. Alla fine ho anche ricevuto feedback senza averlo esplicitamente richiesto. Esperienza positiva e rara nell'attuale contesto del mercato del lavoro.
