I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PwC (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2014
Interview
There was a two part interview process for the job hiring off college campuses. The first interview is with a campus recruiter on campus. Should you get passed the first interview, they invite you to the designated office that you are applying to for a 2nd round of interviews. In this second round of interviews, you meet with 3-4 associates or upper management with 1-on-1 interviews.
Technical questions were not like other technical interviews. They give you answers as options to pick from instead of you coming up with and presenting your answer like you would normally

Strength based interview, approx. 30 mins. The interviewers were friendly and approachable, as were the entire Talent team. Walked through my CV, general "why us, why you, why this team" questions. Felt like they really wanted to get to know you and how you would fit into the culture.
Super straight forward, standard difficulty questions with a few requiring STAR structured responses. They also asked about my experiences both at uni and extracurricular. It was online for me and I had 2 interviewers.
