online GBA, then VI with only one question answered in 4 minutes, then invited to assessment centre to attend all day face to facee interview, with 30 minutes chat with partner

the business case of social economical improvement , a busienss case that does not involve any accounting knowledge but testing team work skills and presentation ability
The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first was a phone screening with HR to discuss my background and interest in the role. The second was an in-person panel interview with two managers who asked technical accounting questions, behavioral questions, and case-study style scenarios related to audit procedures.

Praticamente inizia l'hr chiedendo di parlare delle tue esperienze del perchè hai scelto una determinata facoltà e perchè in particolare quel percorso di studi. Poi chiedono descriviti in 2 aggettivi
chiamata con hr breve per fissare un colloquio a distanza e successivo colloquio tecnico in ambito contabilità e bilancio con manager di riferimento, feedback molto veloce il tutto è durato tre settimane
