Interview
Not bad, some tough questions but overall friendly demeanour. Long process though with lots of steps so be ready for many rounds of interview. Pay seemed okay for the job, nothing special.
The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first was a phone screening with HR to discuss my background and interest in the role. The second was an in-person panel interview with two managers who asked technical accounting questions, behavioral questions, and case-study style scenarios related to audit procedures.
