Interview
First, you meet a campus recruiter at a campus event that the company puts on or at the career fair. Next, they prescreen your resume. If you pass that there are two additional rounds of interviews. One interview being held on campus and the second interview is an office interview.
Assessment Centre- was given a case study to complete in a group of six people about a online tutoring company. We were then split into time slots for our individual interviews.
First was a HR phone call. Mainly behavioural followed by a case study which was sent 24 hours prior to the presentation day where we had to present our findings to a panel

Case study question which revolves around business and optimization question
Everyone was very welcoming and the process was quite straightforward. I could even choose my location at the end. The interviews happened online and were conducted in German. I appreciate the quick feedback.
