campus interview, sent me emal that told me the time and location of the interview.And on the interview day, the interviewer is friendly and nice.The interview involves several behavior questions.not difficult but im not prepared well.

Have to pass the online psychometric tests then have to do online recorded interview with a couple questions. The normal expected questions for interviews. Would recommend to have good commercial awareness and info on recent projects.
The process included an online assessment and a virtual interview; it wasn’t difficult, but the test didn’t accurately reflect the role I was applying for, which felt slightly misleading overall.
the interview process was not too bad, it consisted of an online assessment and then a video online assessment where I had to record myself answering 4 different competency based questions.
