I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at PwC (Makati City) in May 2015
Interview
There were two main interviews. One from the HR and one from the partner. The one from HR is a tough one.
After you submit the requirements, you'll be asked to take a test (no exams for those people that were specifically invited). Then the interview with HR. You'll be notified as to when your second interview will be. This usually takes two weeks. In my experience though, they told me to wait right after the HR Interview.

The process was well-structured and professional overall. It included behavioral questions, discussions about audit/accounting concepts, and questions focused on teamwork and problem-solving. Interviewers were friendly and made the conversation comfortable. The process was moderately challenging but fair, with clear communication throughout.
