Interview
First there was an phone screening and if they liked you then you would move on. After it was a three stage interview process. For my initial interview I got to speak with one of the managers and it was your standard interview questions. The second interview was with their CEO and he wanted to get to know me but also asked more situational questions.

Question 1
Why do you feel like its important to start your career now?
First round phone interview, and when that passed they had a second round interview detailing specifically what they do. Then comes a 3rd round where you meet with the CEO and talk about legal stuff and how to get incorporated.

Interview
What others have said is true. The job description and company website did a great job of selling me on the team and I was excited at the opportunity to join. However, it was misleading. The position was for selling things on the weekends at places like Costco. As far as I could tell, that's what the company is about and this is their interpretation of "live marketing". Overall, I have an unpleasant feeling from the entire process and I feel like I was deliberately mislead by the company. Also, the woman who interviewed me ended by saying that she would contact me if they decided to move forward, and that if I didn't hear, then I "had my answer". If selling is your thing, I'd recommend interviewing here as the company seems young and fun and I do believe there is a potential for growth. However, if you're looking for a meaningful career, or a career in marketing at all, I wouldn't recommend wasting your time interviewing.
