Thorough, but engagaing and informative. Lots of steps including personality tests and several interview rounds. Communication was good up until the end. In-person interview day was interesting and involved a informal lunch.

Interview
The interview process was quite lengthy with 5 stages.
Initially there was a casual 30min chat about the role, and my ambitions/motivations for the role. Next was a 1hr culture discussion with 3 panellists asking questions specific to the role and my experiences. The next stage was a Personality test, followed by a technical round and an onsite interview.

Question 1
For the culture test they provide their company values in advance (which you can also find online). The questions asked were loosely around the values, but more specifically about your experiences. For example, I was asked when have I modified a H&S policy for an individuals personal requirements.

Interview
The interview was done via Zoom and questions asked were in alignment with the job profile such that preparation for interview based on the job outline really put one in a favorable position.
