Asked what I knew about the company. Interviewer was impressed I knew the founder and when it was founded. The interview was very easy and no prior work experience was needed.
Make sure you show up & show punctuality, they appreciate that. Dress formal & answer their questions in depth & you will be fine. They are also good about getting back to you in a timely manner.

As a part time employee they ask you your availability which is nice
Really was easy. Basically the only question asked was why I wanted to work there. I basically just said because I’ve always enjoyed going to Publix growing up and seeing all the employees with a smile made me know it was a good place to work.
