Interview
Can ask complicated questions but went smoothly. Will be interviewed first by department manager then again by store or assistant store manager. They ask questions like what your previous job was like and how you would handle certain situations.

What are you like, how would you handle certain situations, how was your last job, why leave, etc.
Get asked about yourself, your goals, how you approach providing premiere customer service. They also ask what you availability is like. I thought it would be more nerve racking than it was.

Very short and Easy process. Talked with the store manager for around 30 minuets in total for the interview. Several position was offered, however pay was not negotiated during the process.
