You sit down and then they ask about a total of 4 questions. The questions are your typical basic interview questions such as why do you want to work here and so on.

Question 1
Name a time where you had to deal with a stressful situation at work
Get asked about yourself, your goals, how you approach providing premiere customer service. They also ask what you availability is like. I thought it would be more nerve racking than it was.
Very short and Easy process. Talked with the store manager for around 30 minuets in total for the interview. Several position was offered, however pay was not negotiated during the process.
