Interview
A third party recruiter found my resume on monster.com and contacted me with a job opening in new york . I was put in touch with the company's recruiter after the 3rd party recruiter screened me. The 2nd screening was followed by an online technical test. After clearing the online technical test, I was invited for interview. The first interview was a case interview which lasted for almost 2 hours. I was given a two page case, which described the company, the scenario they were in and to find an optimum solution. After 1/2 hour of working on the solution on my own, the interviewer came back to the room and asked for a 30-45 minute presentation of the solution. This was followed by another 15-20 minutes of technical questioning. The second interview was a fit interview with one of the directors.

The hr process were also smooth enough.
