Text, phone, test, in-person and hired. They made it intimidating for a small company that does micromanage and not open to change at times. Everything comes with the job but a lot of hidden things you find out later.
Remote interview via Zoom. Asked various questions regarding why I want to work there and what skills I have. Waited until the very end to ask me what salary I was looking for. I gave a wide range, and then "she said they don't pay that much typivcally... as my low end was $5k off the posted salary. So, it probably was not a good fit." When pressed, she did say that what I was asking was actually doable.

Interview
Very pleasant. First an email and phone call with a very nice hiring manager, then a video interview with the VP and claims supervisor, then a video interview with the CEO and claims supervisor.
