I interviewed for Protiviti back in January. There were 2 phone interviews, 1 with the recruiter and 1 with a manager of the IAFA department. After, there was an in-person interview with 2 department managers. I found the process to be very slow, and that it took awhile for each individual to be contacted via email.

There were two main interviews. One Behavioral and one case interview (30 mins each) It was not that stressful. Interviewers were really nice and polite. Mostly engaged in the conversation.

Interview
I had a connection, so my experience might have been a little different than normal -- I had a phone interview and then an office interview. Both were very casual. At the office interview I talked to 2 different people for maybe 15 minutes each. They didn't ask hard questions, we kind of just chatted. Then we went out to lunch.
