I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Prospecta (Kanpur Nagar) in Dec 2019
Interview
It was a total time waste. According to job notification, they had to offer 6LPA but after selecting 3/36 they offered only 3.8LPA. Candidates were skilled and also did certifications from big MOOCs like Udacity. I'm not sure but according to many negative reviews, it feels like company has no funds to pay their employees. Pathetic!
Prospecta visited our college. There was an MCQ round. MCQ round was based on java codes and aptitude. Shortlisted candidates invited for the interview.
