It was very structured as promoted. They encourage you to use the STAR format. They switch from korean to english or sometimes just use 1 language all the way. They don't ask you anything too technical until the final round. They focus on the set list of questions that check for the PVP values. There were a total of 3 rounds. 2 were over microsoft teams call and the last one was in person. They all took about 1 hour. They often ask the same question over and over for each round. The last interview is usually with the band leader for that department.
