    Great Company, Salary and Benefits. Work-Life Balance and Holidays good.

    Cons

    Management needs to be better, more present and address issues properly. Job is complex with minimal training. Can be busy at times, needs better organisation. Very little opportunities for progression. No regard for workload, expected to do more than time allows at times.

    Money was good, thats about all

    Cons

    Moved around from day to day with "no fixed abode". I really felt like I was only a number. Shift work difficult too. No work life balance.

    Pros

    learning exposure to many technologies multi-culture environment PG is a very admirable and great school, it's a school of leaders

    Cons

    - very competitive environment, which will force you to lose a lot of your personal life if you want to grow and be promoted. salaries are not good enough especially in early years
