I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble
Interview
The interview process consisted of three distinct stages, each designed to evaluate different aspects of a candidate's qualifications and suitability for the role. Throughout the process, the majority of the questions were situational in nature, focusing on how I would approach various real-life scenarios relevant to the position.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Johannesburg) in Jan 2021
Interview
Very interesting and follows the CARS method Context, Action and Result. So context really matters and they are looking for pointers that could show someone who takes responsibility, had leadership qualities, accept failures and looks outside to get solutions

Question 1
Tell me about a time you innovated a new way of doing something
Takes a few months. Suggested to ask for a follow up every 2 weeks. Go from test to 3 interviews to job offers to final discussion. So either apply early or apply when you're not in a hurry.

Question 1
They ask you 2 types of questions: behavioral-based (give me an example of a time when you ____) and situational ones (what would you do if ____).
Long process, at least 2-3 rounds. The first one is with HR and the second/third is usually with the hiring managers. Glad I didn’t get the job because one of the senior managers I could tell was not someone I wanted to work for/with. Didn’t seem very engaged and interested in my answers or questions
