Taking up hours of time for unnecessary assessments even before the interview. On top of that, they are doing 4-5 rounds of interviews with hiring agent / in charges / managers and executives. After each meeting, it took extremely long time for them to come back for the next arrangement. It dragged almost 2 months before I decided to drop it and I think didn’t even reach halfway of completing the whole process.

There will first be a personality test online for you to fill up, followed by a phone call interview. Next there was a video interview (due to covid) with the hiring manager. The interviewer asked many situational questions. I believe there are no right or wrong answers but they want to see what your thought process is like.
