I was interviewed in 2024. I had a total of five interviews: a call with the recruiter, online tests, and three interviews with managers at different levels.
I’d say the tests were quite unpleasant for me, although some were easy. However, the disappearing dots test, for example, was extremely stressful, and the screen flickering made me feel physically unwell.
The interviews with the managers were mostly behavioral, with many of the same questions repeating across all meetings. In my opinion, having three similar interviews was unnecessary and felt like a waste of time for everyone involved.
I also had to prepare a case study and present it during the meetings, which led to some interesting discussions. Overall, the interviews were a great experience - everyone was friendly, welcoming, and asked thoughtful questions. I genuinely enjoyed the conversations and believe I would have been a great fit for the team. I also received feedback about moving forward very quickly.
I was offered the position, but unfortunately, I declined because I didn’t find the offer competitive enough.
