After multiple rounds of interviews + tests, I was rejected. When asked why, the HR got back to me that "it`s against the company`s policy to offer personalized feedback". I think after more then 6 hours invested in the process, we deserve a personalized feedback.

If the company launches a new product, how would you convince the distributors to sell the products?
4 tier process. Application then an online skills test, followed by 2 rounds of interviews. Interviews are behavioural and are to test for fit of the candidate for the company. Interviews are conducted online.

Interview
First of all you have to do the assessment, includes of personality test, numerical test, logical tests, etc. If you pass, they will contact you (via mobile phone in my case) and then arrange the first interview. There are three interviews with three director-level employees (Band 3 or above). To join P&G, all of them must approve your qualifications.
