At first you submit your resume and then it will send you an assessment. On the website it said we will let you know within 30 days if you made it to next step or not. It's been 3 months that I haven't heard a word or received any email from them.

If there is someone with high experience and steals from vendor machine, how do you react?
Questions were very structured, asking for “Tell me about a time you …”. They seemed to be following a kind of standardised script, and were looking for a specific format for answers.
