To get an interview you need to pass an online reasoning test. After this an initial phone interview is set and if the candidate does well is invited to a physical interview after which the individual will also take a final reasoning test.

Interview
All behavioral questions, not a single technical. I was flown out to tour the two plants in and had a panel interview with three people. Two were engineers and one was in finance. They were all friendly but asked from a list of questions that judged how well you could handle situations that are related to the job. Liked that I asked questions based off of what I saw on the tour.

The process consisted of an assessment and then an online interview. They conduct an in-person interview for the final round with a two people, during which you also tour the plant.

Then, Take the virtual 1 hour interview with one person. This is mostly behavioral
