Interview
Very basic. Only asked behavior questions during 4 interviews after competition of online assessments. Last interview was in person in their facilities, and they try to make sure that you are a good fit for the team so you get to meet plenty of people that would work with you if you get hired.

It was a bit repititive, there is a behavioural interview that keeps repeated with different executives for no reason, the same questions keep asked and answered, needs a little update to their interviewing process. answering needs to follow the CAR framework
passata prima la fase di screening automatico, poi completato delle tasks di pochi minuti, poi terza e quarta fase di colloqui conoscitivi e tecnici per poi formulare offerta finale e accettare o meno.
Standard process. Nice interviewers with standard qns. If you memorise sure pass. Many many rounds of interview. Took more than 2 months to complete. Will recommend others try for this great company
