Interview
CV screening, 2 tests, panel interview, and then the final interview with the manager. Overall, a bit complicated process, but also clear one at the same time. They do not tell you the test results and what went right or wrong.

The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.
5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
