I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Woodland Hills, CA) in Jan 2011
Interview
Logic Test was easy for some but tough for others, this particular process was as follows:
Logic test
Phone Interview
Math Test
Group / Panel interview with selected managers from your business unit.
This was the hardest part of the interview. Managers asked a series of behavioral questions to be answered anecdotally and succinctly. If you did not have an answer to one they would disqualify you from employment I'm sure. I did a lot of studying and prep because I wanted the job as I had just had a child, I also had some help from an employee there to let me know what kind of questions would be asked.
