I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble
Interview
I went through the process about a year ago and remember the hiring/interview process being pretty lengthy but very rewarding. Took a behavioral test and then a technical/mind challenge test. I was ecstatic when I received an call about an interview. The first interview encompassed behavioral/situational questions with which you want to answer with the STAR method. Second interview entailed several questions and conversations relating to my technical experience. The third and final interview was with high management asking behavior/situational questions. About a week and half later, I received a call about an offer. It was very rewarding mentally to work so hard through the process and then to receive that call. The compensation and benefits in the offer were also exceptional. Was very happy with how everything went. Would recommend working for P&G.

Question 1
You are working with an employee who is very difficult. You need the employee to work on a task that is different then their everyday task but they do not want to. How do you respond and get the person to work on a different task?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Cincinnati, OH) in Sept 2024
Interview
I had two behavioral interviews, each an hour long and virtual. P&G has interview questions listed on their site and the ones asked were similar. Everyone was super nice, however, after my interviews the recruiter took way too long to respond to my emails, to the point where I didn't think I was getting a response.
