I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Nov 2021
Interview
A recruiting agent has contacted me with a process engineering position in Hungary. They explained to me that in order to proceed with my application I first need to do a so-called PEAK performance assessment followed by some other assessment as well.
This PEAK performance assessment is just non-sense. It asks some extremely odd and silly questions about your personality and decision making. I detail some of the questions below. I failed that assessment which is just outrageous. No feedback why or what or anything, What does this thing tell about me? I do not think that anyone has even looked at my qualifications or my CV or my motivation. This assessment I feel is useless and simply outrageous that they will decide on recruiting employees through personality and IQ tests.
