Interview
Four rounds of interviews that were approximately 30 minutes to an hour each. I spoke with senior figures in the department, and the final interview was with the senior director of the entire department across the APAC region.
Pretty simple standard questions, not that hard, interviewers were friendly and patient. Focusing on leadership and technical expertise. It is a thorough, multi-step process testing for cultural fit. My interview was conducted online. First had 1 interviewer, 2nd had 2 interviewers.

Upon completion of aptitude test, i had a simple interview round with the HR manger, I was a fresher at that time, so it was overwhelming for me as well. But overall experience was good and quite a good learning.
