Interview
Online application through their website and a success drivers online assessment. This is followed by a reasoning test at their office. After which, the first round of interview was conducted by two section heads, one of whom was the hiring manager. In the second round of interview, it was a 1 to 1 interview with an associate director.

Two interviews with different people but similar questions on the same day. Good sensing for personality and inclusive behaviour. Long waiting time between meeting and decision making but at the end worth it.

Interview
The interview lasted most of the day, meeting with about 6 people. It was a long day, but it was a good opportunity to meet with many of the different people I would be workign with.
Multiple series of online tests, 1 written exam, then 3 rounds of interviews with HR, Hiring Manager then Assistant Director. No presentations on final thesis required unless phd holder or scientist position.
