First round would be a aptitude test, followed by 3 - 4 rounds of 1 -1 interviews with their employees from the finance department

The whole process is like on their website, it starts off with the reasoning test followed by the on site reasoning test. If you make it through, you will then proceed on with three rounds of one on one interviews. The questions that they ask are not meant to put you in a difficult position. They are looking for certain skills, mainly the three powers. And they are looking for candidates who can show these powers.
