Alle stappen waren op voorhand duidelijk; ze hebben een zeer uitgebreid 5 stappen-proces. Iedereen doorloopt de eerste stap, wat je naar de tweede stap brengt: het nemen van een hele hoop testen die lijken op IQ-testen. Na dit te doen, moet je geluk hebben om door te gaan naar stap 3. Ik heb nog nooit van hen teruggehoord, Ik heb niet eens een e-mail gekregen waarin stond dat ik niet naar stap 3 doorging. Echt slechte communicatie als je het mij vraagt.

Logisch redeneren in de Stap 2-testen was vrij moeilijk. Het was een stuk moeilijker dan de praktijkvragen en in het algemeen moeilijker dan ik had verwacht.

I started by applying online where I had two screening tests - one personality and one quantitative. I then did a virtual interview and an in person interview. The in person interview was 7 questions and was very difficult. Five were behavioral and two were situational.

Fist an assessment test, personality test, a first round interview, second round interview and coffee with a current employee. It felt like a lot of steps but I can see they were trying to ensure a fit for the culture.

It starts with a take-home assignment that includes both a personality-focused section and a more analytical section.
After that, there are three interviews with similar content, each consisting of a personality component and a case study.
