      Engineering Co-Op Interview

      16 Mar 2023
      Anonymous interview candidate
      West Lafayette, IN
      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (West Lafayette, IN) in Oct 2019

      Interview

The interview sequence of an engineering Co-Op involved 4 stages. Firstly, a casual one-on-one with a Purdue alumnus that is currently employed with P&G to get an initial sense of candidate fit. This was followed by a 1-hour interview with 2 P&G employees, both in technical roles. If this stage was cleared, there was an IQ exam that determined whether you would be invited to the P&G facility for a large-scale greeting of management as well as a site tour.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

If you were working on a time-sensitive project that required overnight work in order to meet a deadline, how would you handle the situation?
